Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to have granite worktops fitted?+
After your initial consultation and choice of material, we template your kitchen once the base units are in place. Fabrication in our workshop typically takes around 7 to 10 working days, and installation itself is usually completed in a single day.
Do I need to remove my old worktops before you arrive to template?+
Your base units need to be installed and level, but the old worktop can still be in place when we come to template — we'll work around it or remove it as part of the visit.
What's the difference between quartz, granite and marble worktops?+
Quartz is engineered from natural quartz crystal and resin, giving a consistent, non-porous surface that doesn't need sealing. Granite and marble are natural stones, each slab unique, and both are sealed during installation to protect against staining.
Do you offer a slab selection visit?+
Yes. Once you've chosen a material, we invite you to view and select the exact slab that will be used for your worktop, so you know precisely what you're getting before fabrication begins.

In many cases, yes — bring us the details of your existing material and we'll do our best to source a matching or complementary slab, though exact colour matches aren't always possible with natural stone.

Yes, alongside private homeowners we regularly work alongside kitchen companies, builders, interior designers and developers on both residential and commercial projects.
